What is a Channeled Love Letter — and what isn't it?
It is a bespoke piece of writing that relays your pet's telepathic insights as faithfully as possible. Expect something closer to poetry than a report, one that weaves together your pet's personality, heart, and key messages.
It is not word-for-word dictation. It is not a behavioral assessment, a medical opinion, or a guaranteed prediction.

How does it work?
After adding to cart, you'll share a few details about your pet. Click the shopping bag when you’re ready to checkout. When the order is in, I’ll then connect with your animal, and compose your letter. Once it's ready, it's delivered to your inbox as a PDF or mailed to you if you choose the physical format.
A note on permission and gifting
By placing an order, you grant me permission to intuitively connect with your pet on your behalf (for the purposes of the letter). If this is a gift for someone else, I ask that you receive consent from the pet’s person(s).
How long until I receive my letter?
Digital letters are typically delivered within 48 hours of your payment being received. Physical letters ship within 48 hours and typically arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location. It’s recommended to place Birthday and Gotcha Day orders at least 7 days in advance (for physical) and at least 3 days in advance (for digital) to ensure on-time delivery. If ordered after that window, you accept that the letter may arrive after the occasion.
What's the difference between digital and physical formats?
Your digital letter is emailed as a PDF — available as soon as your order is complete. The physical letter is the same content, printed on paper and mailed to your address in a stamped envelope.
Can I order a letter for a pet who has passed?
Yes. All themes except Crossed Over are available for both living and departed pets. The Crossed Over theme is exclusively for pets who have passed.
What is your refund policy?
If your letter is misdelivered or never received, you can request a resend at no charge (request within 14 days for physical orders). Because each letter involves a completed intuitive reading made-to-order, refunds are not available. Both formats include a saved digital copy kept on file in case anything is ever lost or misdelivered. If desired, you can purchase tracking at checkout.

Do you take international orders?
Only digital letters are available for customers outside of the United States. At this time, physical letters are not mailed to international addresses.
